Professor Amin Rajan: Advisor

Amin Rajan is the CEO of CREATE–Research, a UK based think tank that specialises in the future trends in global fund management. It works with prominent partners to publish much acclaimed annual reports on prospective challenges and potential responses in the industry. The reports always attract a long series of feature articles in Financial Times, Global Investor, Financial News and IPE. He also writes for these papers regularly.

Amin also offers strategic advisory and coaching services to CEOs and CIOs in fund management as they grapple with unfolding industry dynamics. He has developed special expertise in the emerging business models and their successful implementation. Since 2001, he has undertaken specialist advisory assignments for clients as diverse as Amundi Asset Management, Aviva Investors, Allianz Global Investors, Axa Investment Managers, BlackRock, BNP Paribas Investment Partnership, Citigroup Asset Management, Credit Suisse Asset Management, Deutsche Asset Management, INVESCO, ING Investment Management, JPMorgan Asset Management, Lombard Odier Investment Managers, Lyxor Asset Management, M&G, Martin Currie Investment Management, Morgan Stanley Asset Management, Principal Global Investors, T. Rowe Price, and UBS Asset Management.

Amin has published numerous books and articles on leadership, business cultures, socio-economic forecasting, globalisation and new technologies.

He is a visiting professor at the Centre for Leadership Studies at Exeter University and a Fellow at Oxford University’s Said Business School. He is on the WHU Programme Advisory Board at Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany. He is also fellow at the Windsor Leadership Trust, specialising in ethical dilemmas."

Herbie Skeete: Advisor

Herbie is the founder and managing director of Mondo Visione, publisher of specialist exchanges information, and organiser of the Exchange Forum. With over 25 years experience in the financial information industry, Herbie is recognised globally as an expert on exchanges and content issues.

Formerly a senior Reuters executive, Herbie is steeped with first hand coal-face experience of the often arcane world of information vendors as well as encyclopaedic knowledge of the fast changing exchanges sector. Herbie has an MBA, from London School of Business and a BSc, Nuclear Engineering from Queen Mary University of London.

Blair McPherson: Founder

Blair has over 20 years of experience working within financial services globally. Blair’s career has included roles across a broad range of financial institutions including: Asset Consulting at Towers Perrin (Willis Towers Watson); Asset Management at Assante Asset Management; Capital Markets & Investor Services at Royal Bank of Canada and BNP Paribas. Blair is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario.

Ben Slater: CTO

Ben is a Web Developer and Technical Architect with over 17 years experience with a focus on building online networks, gaming and e-commerce solutions using front end web languages. Ben has worked for multiple leading agencies designing and building user interfaces and websites for international brands including FTSE 100 companies Barclays and Sage. Ben holds a Bachelors degree in Media and Cultural studies.

Marcus Yang: CFO

Marcus is an experienced corporate financier with over fifteen years of banking and corporate finance experience. Marcus has held senior positions at global finance and banking institutions including The Royal Bank of Scotland, GE Capital. KMPG and Deloitte. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) of Canada, holds a CISI Level 3 certificate in Investment and is FCA (UK) CF30 qualified.
